Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on e2e-full-1.staging.akarien.ch
with [bitte ausfüllen]. Diverging terms of the customer are not
recognised unless [bitte ausfüllen] expressly agrees in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of dishes on the website does not constitute a
binding offer. The contract is concluded when [bitte ausfüllen] accepts
the order — indicated by the confirmation page and confirmation
email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of VAT (2.6 % or
8.1 % depending on dine-in or take-away). Delivery fees are shown
separately.

Accepted means of payment: cash or card on pickup, on
delivery or on site.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery zones and estimated times are shown during ordering. These
are non-binding estimates — force majeure, traffic conditions or high
load may cause deviations.

5. Cancellation & returns

For hot dishes (perishable goods), cancellation is only possible until
preparation begins. Once the order reaches "in preparation" status it
can no longer be cancelled. For justified complaints, please contact
e2e+e2e-full-1@akarien.ch promptly.

6. Liability

negligence; otherwise only for the breach of material contractual
obligations and limited to the foreseeable typical damage.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich,
Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
